Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results driven
Inside Sales Executive to support our global market expansion. This role focuses on Business Development -
Lead Generation & Inbound Content Marketing, helping build a strong international sales pipeline and driving business growth across global markets. If you are passionate about B2B sales, digital selling, and international markets this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth hacking - Content marketing & Digital outreach
- Drive customer acquisition and retention via optimizing content for LinkedIn, Email campaigns, Website, and Landing Pages and creating freemium or viral lift programs
- Collaborate with Presales/Delivery teams to develop case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and industry insights
- Manage LinkedIn company presence and social selling activities
- Track and optimize campaign performance (Open rate, CTR, Engagement, Conversion)
- Lead generation & Prospecting
- Identify and build prospect databases in US/EU/APAC markets
- Execute outbound campaigns via: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, Email automation tools
- Generate qualified leads (MQLs) and set appointments for Sales/BD teams
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent)
- Nurture leads through structured follow-up sequences
- Market research & Sales support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support proposal preparation and introductory materials
- Participate in webinars and virtual events to attract new prospects
Requirements
- Experience
- A track record of building a healthy pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads via inbound content marketing, whitepapers, and webinars/offline event setup
- At least 2 years in B2B Sales or Digital/Growth Marketing (international markets preferred)
- Experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or technology industry is a strong advantage
- Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability in B2B content creation
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Growth hacking mindset with data-driven analytical and automation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
