Job Description
Company Description
Hivve is a global impact reporting company working with universities, foundations, and purpose-led organisations across eight countries. We are on a mission to transform how organisations capture and communicate their impact, using AI tools and our proprietary data models to make impact reporting simpler, smarter, and more meaningful.
Role Description
We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to own and shape how Hivve communicates with the world. You'll be the connective tissue between our content, our clients and our community - planning and coordinating content, owning client communications including our newsletter, building and running our marketing calendar, and leading the preparation for our events. You'll work closely with the CEO and the wider leadership team to translate the impact our clients deliver into stories, campaigns and assets that resonate with universities, foundations and purpose-led organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who is a confident self-starter, organised by default, and equally comfortable shaping a campaign as drafting the actual newsletter, brief, or event run-of-show.
- Role Type: Full-Time
- Time Commitment: 30 - 40 hours per week
- Attendance: Weekly team meetings; Monthly all-hands; Quarterly Townhalls; availability for scheduled meetings during agreed working hours
- Working Schedule: Monday-Thursday
- Duration: Permanent
- Reporting to: CEO, Founder
- Start date: To be agreed
- Location: Central Singapore (Hybrid - flexible combination of in-person and remote work)
- Tools: HubSpot or Mailchimp, Notion, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CMS (WordPress / Webflow), AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
- Perks & Allowances: Competitive salary (SGD $4,500 - SGD $6,000 pcm), healthcare coverage, office-based lunch provided, learning & development budget, annual leave
Key Responsibilities
- Own the copy and content strategy for Hivve's website: commissioning, writing, and maintaining copy across the homepage, product pages, and landing pages to ensure messaging stays accurate, on-brand, and conversion-ready
- Lead content management: plan, commission, edit and coordinate articles, case studies, blog posts, social content and thought-leadership pieces across the marketing calendar.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, new market entries, and feature releases - crafting clear messaging, timelines, and assets
- Own client communications, including the design, copy, send schedule and performance of Hivve's regular client newsletter.
- Create and manage Hivve's marketing calendar: align campaigns, content drops, social activity, partner moments and events into a single coherent plan.
- Drive event preparation end-to-end: speaker briefings, run-of-show, collateral, attendee comms, on-site logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain Hivve's brand voice, visual standards and messaging frameworks across every customer-facing touchpoint.
- Manage Hivve's social media presence (LinkedIn, X and other channels as relevant): content planning, scheduling, community management and engagement.
- Coordinate with product, sales and leadership to translate roadmap milestones, client wins and impact data into marketing stories and launches.
- Maintain and improve the Hivve website (CMS updates, landing pages, SEO basics) and supporting marketing assets.
- Own and manage Hivve's HubSpot: build and maintain contact lists, segment by persona and sector, set up workflows, and ensure data hygiene across the CRM
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (newsletter open/click, web traffic, social engagement, event ROI, pipeline contribution) and use them to refine the plan.
- Build relationships with partners, media and key voices in the impact reporting, supporting PR, speaking opportunities and co-marketing.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and tools (designers, copywriters, PR support) where needed, on time and on budget.
- Champion AI-assisted marketing workflows (drafting, ideation, repurposing, personalisation) while maintaining quality, accuracy and brand integrity.
Supervision and Support
- Weekly in-person check-ins with the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Clear objectives and measurable targets each quarter.
- Access to a network of advisors, partners and clients across eight countries.
- Exposure to international projects at the intersection of AI and social impact.
Who We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, professional services, education, philanthropy or impact/ESG.
- Proven track record of owning a marketing calendar and shipping campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong content skills: can write, edit and commission newsletters, case studies and short-form social content.
- Experience running events (own events, partner events, webinars) from brief through to post-event follow-up.
- Comfort with marketing tooling: an email/CRM platform (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar), a CMS, design tools (Canva or Figma) and basic analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics).
- Confident user of AI tools for drafting, ideation and repurposing - while maintaining brand voice and quality.
- Excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable setting and tracking KPIs.
- Mission-aligned: genuine interest in applying marketing for social and environmental good.
- A self-starter who is happy to roll up their sleeves in a growing company, and is open to flexible working hours, primarily later in the afternoon or evening, to coordinate with team members across different time zones.
