Source, collect quotations and prepare quotation summary to select suppliers that offered the most favorable quotations based on the criteria: reasonable price (value for money), best delivery lead time, best quality, and good service
Understand and assist the production engineers to assure tooling, product and production time frames are met
Continuous supplier negotiations that assure product and tooling costs are controlled and justified
Review all tooling and product invoices to assure costs are accurate and justified
Follow up the purchasing request to buy tooling on time
Acknowledge and respond to e-mails and tasks daily and accurately
Manage the daily production priorities outlined by the corporate office
Doing the payment after receiving the red INV
Carry out other duties from Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
BS above, Fresh Graduate or 2-3 years of experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
Highly- motivated, dynamic and result- oriented
