About the Role

As a Junior Accounting Staff, you will work remotely from Vietnam to support Australian clients in bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and tax compliance tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain international exposure, learn Australian accounting standards, and build a long-term career in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate transaction records
• Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and coding expenses
• Support BAS/GST preparation and financial reporting
• Help with tax compliance tasks (FBT, payroll tax, superannuation) under supervision
• Collaborate with senior accountants and respond to client queries
• Proactively learn and apply Australian accounting standards

Qualifications

• Based in Vietnam
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 12 years accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Team player with a proactive attitude
