Java Full Stack Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, along with hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React. This role requires a solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, REST APIs, and modern software development practices.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications following modern architectural principles.
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Develop event-driven applications using Kafka for real-time data processing and communication.
• Work with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions for production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development best practices.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and database design concepts.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
