We are looking for a highly skilled Java Engineers (Mid+ / Senior) with experience in payment or lottery domains. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth, proven experience in system integration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and microservices architecture.
- Implement clean, scalable, and well-structured code following OOP principles.
- Integrate with various external systems and platforms; manage large datasets and complex data flows.
- Develop and enhance reporting and data processing modules.
- Collaborate closely with the product team, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide consultation, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience with Java development.
- Strong understanding of OOP and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience in the lottery domain or related transactional systems.
- Experience integrating multiple systems (APIs, services, third-party platforms).
- Familiarity with data management, reporting systems, and backend performance optimization.
Mindset & Soft Skills
- Strong self-learning ability and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead team members and drive tasks to completion.
- Good English communication skills; capable of discussing and consulting directly with clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience in payment systems, fintech platforms, or high-throughput transactional applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
