Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Server, Backend, SDK, and Website systems supporting online game publishing and operations.
- Architect scalable, stable, and secure system infrastructures for real-time game services.
- Develop and optimize APIs connecting client and server, ensuring high performance, low latency, and smooth data synchronization.
- Manage and operate databases, servers, logging systems, and monitor system performance.
- Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and error handling to ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Game Client, Product, and QA teams to deploy, integrate, and operate new game features.
- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), monitor systems, and perform regular data backups.
- Research, propose, and apply new technologies to improve performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with internal operation policies.

Requirements
- Experience with real-time game servers such as SmartFox, WebSocket, Socket.IO.
- At least 1 year of experience in Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate) and a strong passion for game development.
- Familiar with Cocos, Unity, or other popular game engines.
- Experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and logical thinking.
- Good teamwork, proactive learning attitude, and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and collaborative personality.
