Job Description
- 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE(8/11/17/21) development, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and RESTful APIs, with hands-on experience designing scalable and high-performance backend systems
- Strong knowledge of databases, security, and DevOps practices, including SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, OAuth2, JWT, performance tuning, and secure application design
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience mentoring engineering teams, driving technical decisions, and delivering projects in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support, ensuring solution quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with testing and quality engineering tools, including JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, Git, and modern software development best practices
