Job Responsibilities

  • Review client briefs to identify specific knowledge needs, and conduct comprehensive industry and
  • company research to source the most relevant experts.
  • Proactively connect with potential experts through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Assess experts suitability and alignment with client requirements, ensuring a high standard of quality in every recommendation.

Job Requirements


  • Final-year students or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Japanese Studies or a related field.
  • Native-level or fluent proficiency in professional Japanese communication is a must
  • Demonstrated passion for business through at least 3 - 6 months of professional experience, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, seeing setbacks and short-term challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Strong client service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering genuine value.
