Telesales Specialist

The Telesales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients via phone to provide detailed information about AEH's services, addressing customer inquiries with accurate information, promoting special offers, and building strong client relationships. The Telesales Specialist is also expected to maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and meet sales and service targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Training or experience in client engagement and handling objections
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage
