ITSM Operations Executive

1. Job description

1. Support the operationalization of ITSM to track operational efficiency & effectiveness.
2. Support the development & revision key operational workflows
3. Participate in stakeholder discussions to optimize key processes.
4. Maintain & update operations handbook & documentation

2. Preferred Candidate profile

1. Basic degree or Diploma in operations management, Information technology, marketing, business
2. At least 5 years of work experience in operations, customer service, research, marketing, I.T
3. Experience with JIRA or other ITSM service management tools will be a distinct advantage.
4. Proficient in MS Office suite.
