Job responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations & User Support
2. Infrastructure & Security Management
· Support system monitoring and tuning to ensure IT systems are stable to support business operation and meet US InfoSecurity Requirements
3. User Onboarding Support
4. Procurement
· Engage vendors to request, evaluate, and compare quotations and service levels to ensure best value and meet with business needs
· Prepare and manage master agreements, sales contracts, and relevant appendixes
5. Contract & Asset Lifecycle Management
6. Documentation & User Manual
· Create and maintain user manuals
7. Report Generation Support / Test Support & User Training
· Prepare daily reports to facilitate business operations in procurement, accounting, and supplier management.
· Deliver support and training during application deployment, user acceptance testing, and aid the creation of user manuals.
· Implement business process automation initiatives, including reporting and system workflow optimization.
Requirements:
· Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / IT or related discipline
· Over 5 years solid working experience in IT Infrastructure (e.g. Network, System, Storage, VM, Telecommunication, End-point devices) and End-user / HelpDesk support.
· ITIL/MCSE/CCNA qualification is required
· Experience in Datacenter Facilities and Operations / VMware virtualization / Data Backup and Disaster Recovery systems / Microsoft Windows Server & AD server administration and support is a definite advantage
· AWS Associate Architect/PMP /CDCP/CISSP certifications are advantages
· Good knowledge of switches, router and firewall support (Cisco / Checkpoint / SSL VPN Tunnel)
· Good knowledge of network layer 2, layer 3 and routing protocol including TCP/IP, Ethernet and VLAN
· Knowledge on SAP, Ariba and T-SQL, Power platform i.e. PowerBi, Power Automate, Power App
· Excellent communication skills with all levels of user and vendor management
· Good command in written and spoken English
· Strong work ethic & responsibility: Highly dedicated, prioritize deadlines, take ownership of systems reliability.
· Quick to adapt and learn new skills in evolving tech environments, especially cloud, AI, and automation.
· Problem-solving & analytical: Logical, solution-oriented, calm under pressure during outages.
Resilience & patience: Handle repetitive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting calmly
