Job Description

Job Description

Provide troubleshooting and technical support for end-user devices and related hardware.
Administer and maintain the company's Mail Server, Windows Server, and File Server systems.
Support the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Domain Controller.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Participate in on-site support and training sessions at client locations when required.
Location: Cu Chi, HCMC

Job Requirements

College or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
Solid foundation and working experience in IT Systems.
Good communication skills in English.
