Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an IT Infrastructure Engineer, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, network administration, network security, and providing technical support. The individual will manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of network services, and address any technical issues that arise on site.

Qualifications

• Skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Expertise in Information Technology and Network Administration
• Proficiency in Network Security practices and protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are advantageous
