IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst - Project to join our team. We will work together to design, implement and deliver mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients. Our software applications are impactful and central to the needs of our clients and their users. It is, therefore, imperative that these applications are designed to be robust, secure and future proof, especially given our portfolio of customers. We would like to tap on your experience, technical knowledge and resourcefulness to deliver world-class solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive projects forward and support successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, DevOps, and solution architects.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Create user stories, functional/technical specifications, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and architecture/solution documentation.
• Understand technical areas including cloud architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, system integrations, data migration, and performance testing.
• Manage technical tasks, dependencies, priorities, and project timelines.
• Prepare clear project status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support the full software development lifecycle through deployment and operations.
• Stay curious about new technologies and be willing to get hands-on when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, cloud architecture, technical/system analysis, or similar.
• Experience with the full software/product development lifecycle, preferably Agile.
• Prior hands-on coding experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.

Nice to have:

• Cloud or project management certifications.
• IT consulting or product development experience.
• Knowledge of database design, cloud architecture, or CI/CD pipelines.
