ITI Fund is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our team and contribute to identifying and supporting high-potential ventures as well as other strategic projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Screening: Support the Investment Manager in sourcing new investment opportunities, meeting entrepreneurs, and conducting initial screenings to identify promising ventures.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and review financial models for both startups and corporate projects of the Group; evaluate assumptions, cash flow, and business potential.
- Market Research & Portfolio Support: Conduct market and industry research across diverse sectors (traditional and tech-driven) to identify trends and opportunities; provide strategic support to portfolio companies.
- Investment Evaluation, Due Diligence & Audit: Assist in evaluating potential investments through financial modeling, auditing startup data, validating assumptions, and assessing risks.
- Memos & Presentations: Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentation materials for the Investment Committee and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth execution of investment and non-investment projects.
- Additional Projects: Contribute to other Group initiatives beyond startup investment when required (business expansion, corporate innovation, or internal projects).
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or strong extracurricular experience are welcome to apply.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis, business modeling, and data interpretation.
- Balanced interest and curiosity in both traditional/non-tech industries and technology/innovation sectors.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Nice to have
- Candidates with CFA, CPA, or ACCA.
- 12 years of professional experience in fund management, venture capital, consulting, audit, or startup operations.
- Familiarity with data visualization or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Tableau).
