Inventory Distribution Specialist (3PLs management)

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of inter-warehouse inventory transfers to ensure transfers are carried out accurately and on time.
• Work closely with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to ensure smooth and reliable inventory movement across the network.
• Monitor operational compliance across warehouses and logistics partners to ensure adherence to inventory distribution processes and service standards.
• Track key operational KPIs such as transfer on-time rate and distribution cost, and highlight issues when performance deviates from targets.
• Drive initiatives to improve warehouse and 3PL compliance, helping strengthen operational discipline across the network.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize logistics costs related to inventory transfers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-4 years of working experience for Associate, or 5-8 years of working experience for Senior Associate in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related operational roles.
• Experience working with warehouse operations or logistics partners is an advantage.
• Strong execution capability with good attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics or large-scale warehouse networks is a plus
• Experience working with 3PL or logistics vendors is a plus
