Warehouse Process and Performance Analyst (Ha Noi/Ho Chi Minh City)

Job Summary

This role is part of the OPEX Team, supporting new warehouse launches and post go-live stabilization. The position focuses on process execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure new sites reach stable operations quickly and can scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new warehouse projects from preparation to go-live and stabilization
• Assist in implementing and standardizing operational processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)
• Track operational performance, identify issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• SOP standardization and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with operations, planning, system teams, and external partners during project execution

• 36 years of experience in warehouse operations / logistics / e-commerce / supply chain
• Experience supporting new warehouse launches or operational projects is a plus
• Good understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Willing to work on-site and travel for project needs
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
