Manage and optimise third-party logistics providers (3PL) and Warehouse performance and compliance for the inventory distribution activity among WHs in the Shopee network
Manage and optimise distribution cost, including transportation, consumable and labour
Work with third-party logistics providers and Warehouse members to ensure timely, sufficient quantity and cost-effective inventory transfer between WHs in network on a daily basis
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, reduce shipping costs, and shorten transfer lead time
KPIs: Warehouse/3PL on-time rate, transportation/labour/consumable cost for inventory distribution activity
Requirements
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years for Associate level and 4-6 years for Senior Associate level of working experience, preferably in e-logistics, forwarding, supply chain, 3PL management.
Strong execution, stakeholders management and data analytics
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
