Setup meeting with potential customer Join meeting and presentation
Get samples or order from the customer
Make orders send to the SnM Assistant Team to handle it
Tracking status of handle orders and payment Collect feedback from customer to improve product (material, mode, quality, etc) & service from ATM
Arrange to business trip oversea easy if needed
Follow the training activity & compliance processes that have been released from the company
Make a plan, report monthly & Adjust Plan for next month
Update status about product (stocks, price, or new SKUs for team, etc); policy about promotion, campaign
Collecting and suggesting feasible options for the team to meet KPI
Collecting risks from market, competitor, method operation, etc.
Collaborating with the SnM Assistant Team in activity to handle orders management
Contribute information to update documents for the training system company and materials for marketing activity to effectively approach customers.
Requirement
Proficient in English.
Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships.
Good knowledge of software management; experience with Hubspot System is a plus.
Open to students who are awaiting graduation or recent graduates (no prior experience required, training will be provided).
