Our client - a leading logistics company is hiring for a Head of Key Account to drive the revenue and profit growth of the by developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees the performance of the Key Account channel at the country level
- Implements localized incentive programs aligned with the defined Sales Index
- Ensures delivery of Sales Index targets for the Key Account segment
- Collaborates with regional CSI/MNC leaders to execute strategic priorities for CSI, MNC, and Strategic Customers
- Monitors, evaluates, and enhances sales channel performance through structured metrics
- Develops and manages the Key Account portfolio strategy
- Provides support to Key Account Specialists during critical client engagements
- Coaches and develops the Key Account team to strengthen overall capability
Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics within the freight forwarding sector
- In-depth knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight products, operations, and business models
- Proven experience working within the Key Account Sales channel
- Solid leadership capabilities with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach to leading senior sales teams
- Demonstrated success in sales team management, development, and performance improvement
- Strong ability to identify customer needs through effective information gathering, relationship building, and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with well-developed conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
