Job Description

Our client - a leading logistics company is hiring for a Head of Key Account to drive the revenue and profit growth of the by developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and oversees the performance of the Key Account channel at the country level
  • Implements localized incentive programs aligned with the defined Sales Index
  • Ensures delivery of Sales Index targets for the Key Account segment
  • Collaborates with regional CSI/MNC leaders to execute strategic priorities for CSI, MNC, and Strategic Customers
  • Monitors, evaluates, and enhances sales channel performance through structured metrics
  • Develops and manages the Key Account portfolio strategy
  • Provides support to Key Account Specialists during critical client engagements
  • Coaches and develops the Key Account team to strengthen overall capability

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics within the freight forwarding sector
  • In-depth knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight products, operations, and business models
  • Proven experience working within the Key Account Sales channel
  • Solid leadership capabilities with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach to leading senior sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in sales team management, development, and performance improvement
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs through effective information gathering, relationship building, and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with well-developed conceptual and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
