Job Description

1. WORKING INFORMATION

  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
  • Working location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Reports to: Ecommerce Lead / International Business Lead

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

The International E-Commerce Specialist owns the end-to-end performance of CHAUTFIFTH's online sales platforms across international markets — primarily Singapore, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets. This is a hands-on commercial role covering platform operations, international campaign execution, livestream management, dealer/distributor coordination and performance reporting. The right candidate is fluent in English, commercially driven and comfortable operating independently across multiple markets simultaneously.

2.1. Platform Operations & Listing Management

  • Set up, optimise and maintain product listings across international platforms — Shopee SG/MY, TikTok Shop SG/MY and Shopify (global).
  • Ensure listing accuracy, visual consistency and SEO-aligned content tailored to each market and language.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Content teams for market-specific creative assets (thumbnails, banners, A+ content).
  • Monitor and manage account health, platform ratings and compliance requirements for each international seller account.

2.2. Promotions & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute platform promotions across international markets — flash sales, vouchers, bundle deals and mega campaign registrations (9.9, 11.11, year-end, local holidays, etc.).
  • Manage brand participation in platform-initiated campaigns; brief assets and coordinate timelines with internal teams.
  • Adapt promotional mechanics to local market behaviour and buying patterns in each target country.
  • Monitor promotional performance in real time and adjust levers to hit campaign targets.

2.3. International Livestream Management

  • Plan, schedule and manage TikTok Shop and Shopee Live sessions for international markets (Singapore, Malaysia, etc.).
  • Coordinate and brief livestream hosts — including in-house hosts and external KOC/creator collaborations — ensuring content is market-appropriate and delivered in English.
  • Oversee asset preparation, product selection and script framework for each session.
  • Monitor live session performance (GMV, orders, peak viewers, conversion rate) and iterate on format, product mix and host briefing to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on product hooks, content angles and promotional mechanics tailored to each international audience.

2.4. International Dealer & Distributor Management

  • Identify, onboard and manage authorised dealers and distributors across target international markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners — communicating in English on pricing, product availability, order fulfilment and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with dealers on market-specific campaigns, stock planning and sell-through performance.
  • Monitor dealer performance metrics; provide regular reporting and take corrective action where needed.
  • Support the development of dealer agreements, pricing structures and operational SOPs for international distribution.

2.5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Own platform dashboards tracking GMV, orders, conversion rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS and return rate by platform, market and SKU.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews across all international markets; identify gaps and propose data-backed improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing benchmarks and platform algorithm or policy changes in each market.

2.6. Inventory & Order Operations

  • Coordinate with the Warehouse team on stock levels, replenishment planning and international order fulfilment timelines.
  • Monitor order SLA compliance and resolve fulfilment issues or platform disputes across international accounts.
  • Maintain clean and accurate operational data across all international seller accounts.

2.7. Customer Experience

  • Monitor and respond to platform reviews, ratings and buyer inquiries across international platforms to maintain strong store scores.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure a consistent, brand-aligned post-purchase experience for international customers.

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations across marketplace platforms and/or D2C (Shopify or similar); international market experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop and Shopify; experience operating international seller accounts is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent English proficiency — written and spoken — is required. All international communications, partner coordination and reporting are conducted in English.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with international dealers, distributors or B2B partners is a strong plus.
  • Experience planning or managing livestream sessions for international markets is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to pull, interpret and act on platform data independently.
  • Understanding of international marketplace SEO and listing optimisation principles.
  • Basic design literacy — able to brief creatives clearly or perform light asset edits independently.
  • Detail-oriented, commercially driven and proactive; able to manage multiple markets and platforms simultaneously without losing accuracy.
  • Fashion or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.

4. SALARY – BENEFITS

  • Gross monthly salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
  • 13th-month salary bonus.
  • Annual performance bonus based on individual and company results.
