Intern, Transformation & Innovation

Key Responsibilities:

• Support real transformation and innovation projects that improve how teams work, deliver services, and adopt new digital tools.
• Assist in planning and executing engagement events, workshops, and innovation programmes.
• Support project coordination, including logistics, stakeholder communication, meeting scheduling, and tracking of action items.
• Conduct research on innovation trends, design thinking, digital transformation, and best practices.
• Develop presentation slides, reports, communication materials, and simple visuals to share project stories and insights.
• Assist in data collection, documentation, and consolidation of project findings.
• Support change management activities to encourage adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Design, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or any other related fields.
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation, process improvement, design thinking, or organisational development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys turning ideas, data, and discussions into clear stories, visuals, or actionable recommendations.

Skills and Competencies (Any Specific Software/Tools Knowledge Required):

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create clear presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, Miro, Mural, or similar tools is a plus.

Exposure to event coordination, workshop support, project management, or design thinking is an advantage.
