Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Integrated Urban Solutions (IUS) Team. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience to understand the fundamentals of system thinking and apply into them into various workstreams to support our Line of Business (LOB) and Business Units (BU). You will also gain a first-hand experience on how IUS strategize AI adoption and support use-cases/initiatives realization. You will work closely with the Head of Operational Excellence to support the team in achieving its business objectives.

• System Thinking Diagnosis and Analysis: Conduct of HSSE Deep Dive using System Thinking Diagnostic Methodology (STDM) to identify gaps/critical issues to support our LOB and BUs. Conduct RCA to develop interventions and assist the design of follow ups such as workshops and seminars.
• IUS AI Adoption: Help to improve AI adoption is IUS by assisting in the promulgation and management of IUS AI portal. You will also evaluate the effectiveness and propose updates when necessary.
• Operations Management: Assist to track and monitor operations in the LOB and the BU. Assist to manage operational related forums and discussions. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software).
• Strong interest in operations, system thinking and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
