Role Summary and Impact

As a Media Intern, you will be a key support for our teams, helping with advertising campaigns, billing, and reporting. This is a great starting point to learn all about the media industry and grow with us.

• Campaign Support: Provide support for the end-to-end management of media campaigns, from processing bookings and liaising with media partners to tracking performance and ensuringtimelyexecution.
• Financial Operations: Play a key role in financial administration byassistingwith the new billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, andtimelysubmission of all necessary documentation.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking campaign performance, collecting data from various platforms, and preparing insightful weekly and post-campaign reports for our diverse portfolio of clients, including those in the e-commerce space.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team on administrative tasks, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation, and other activities that contribute to overall account success and client satisfaction.

Skills and experience

• A junior/senior student or a recent graduate with a strong passion for the media and digital advertisingindustry, andcan be available for a full-time internship.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling financial data and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data;proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint isa strong plus.
• A proactive and accountable team player with a strong can-do attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A quick learner with aninterest in media, showing curiosity about campaign management, financial processes, and client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
