About the Role

The intern will support the Enterprise Analytics team in delivering data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytical models that drive better decision-making. This internship offers hands-on exposure to data science, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence applications in the insurance industry.

. Collect and prepare datasets to ensure clean and reliable data for analysis and reporting.

. Assist and collaborate with data scientists and BI developers on analytical tasks to solve business problems. Tasks may include data preparation, machine learning modeling, or the use of Generative AI.

. Document and track analytics deliverables to ensure transparency and continuity.

. Conduct research to support analytical initiatives and explore new methodologies.

. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and learn from peers.

Job Requirements

. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics).

. Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred).

. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
