Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of exciting new projects, systems launches and enhancements: from testing to implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ), coordinate with different teams, and help prepare project documentation.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, fares and online booking channels for our travel platforms.
• Gain hands-on exposure to leading travel technology platforms, including reservation systems, CRM tools and property management systems. Training will be provided.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/Resort Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
