Intern, Die Maintenance

Job Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance on stamping dies.
• Assist in maintaining stamping machines and setting die conditions.
• Measure and inspect samples, participate in trial runs, and prototype die creation.
• Assemble and test dies for new products and high-precision technology transfers (accuracy up to 0.001 mm).
• Collaborate with international experts to research and troubleshoot issues.
• Help develop standard documentation for die maintenance and operation for new and transferred products.

Candidate Requirements

• Final-year students from colleges or universities majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Material Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with graduation projects related to die design is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use design software (e.g., NX) is an advantage.
• Proactive, honest, and capable of working in teams.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and diligent.
• Preference given to candidates interested in long-term employment after the internship.
