Job Description

1/ Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
  • Get customer feedback on DHL service then summarize all details into the internal system
  • Do report, analyze the results then advise to Departments monthly
  • Ensure customer's information is aligned between MDM, CW1 and their request
  • Take note quickly and correctly customer's recommendations in call

2/ Requirements:

  • COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
  • Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
  • Good at MS Office
  • Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics is preferable
  • Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
  • Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call
