Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agency Key Account Supervisor to manage and grow relationships with overseas agents and key clients within the Regional & Trade Lane Agency team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and develop relationships with overseas agents and key accounts to maximize business opportunities
- Handle RFQs, quotations, and bidding processes; negotiate and close new business deals
- Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and compliance with SOPs
- Monitor account performance, including revenue (REV), gross profit (GP), and P&L
- Lead and supervise the key account team, ensuring alignment with targets and performance standards
- Develop and expand global agency network and customer pipeline
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality meets expectations
- Support AR collection and ensure timely payment from customers/agents
- Conduct regular business reviews, reports, and market research
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues effectively
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience in B2B sales or key account management is preferred
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Background working with international agents or global networks is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
- Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Leadership capability with experience in team supervision
