Objective: To elevate WinXs brand presence and strengthen our integrated marketing execution capability in line with business expansion, product rollouts, and strategic initiatives. The Integrated Marketing Lead will oversee the planning and execution of 360 campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, app adoption, and long-term consumer engagement. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to ensure WinX campaigns deliver impact consistently across all touchpoints.
Justification for Hiring
- Brand-Building: We need a seasoned marketer to design and lead integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand equity.
- IMC Planning & Execution: This role will champion the end-to-end Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) process from insight-driven strategy, creative development, and cross-channel planning to flawless on-ground execution.
- Creative & Content Development: Drive campaign ideation and storytelling, working with agencies and partners to shape compelling content across digital, in-store, CRM, and social. Ensure creative ideas are fresh, brand-aligned, and scalable.
- Agency & Partner Management: WinXs campaigns require effective collaboration with creative, media, and production agencies. They will ensure partners are strategically aligned, delivering high-quality, on-time outputs that reinforce the brand.
- Excellent in Operation: Own end-to-end campaign execution aligning with product, commercial, and media priorities, managing agencies, and coordinating stakeholders. They must balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery to ensure speed-to-market, consistent brand experiences, and strong ROI
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 57 years in brand marketing and integrated communications, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or retail environment.
- Proven track record of brand building and IMC campaign leadership
- Strong experience in managing creative & media agencies (briefing, evaluating, and ensuring accountability)
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing (digital, in-store, CRM, ATL/BTL, OOH)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with campaign performance dashboards
- Excellent project management & organizational skills
- Leadership & people management capability while being hands-on in execution
- Proficiency in English
