KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Reporting
- Organize accounting books, manage the full set of accounts, ensureall financial transactionsare recorded accurately and timely for all business activities
- Manage Account receivables and Account payables, process payment timely
- Review input invoices - output invoices
- Manage CAPEX Plan, keep track of fixed assets and monitor depreciation schedule
- Manage Financial transaction reports and financial statements
- Support in providing analysis reports on profit, revenue, and expenses when required
- Other ad-hoc tasks upon company needs
Improving processes and organization
- Manage and support the progression of the accounting teams based in HCMC, Hanoi, Danang
- Support to deploy and improve accounting processes following rules and regulations of the industry
- Support to deploy and improve internal audit processes of the company
- Monitor all transactions to follow the company processes and policies
Stock & Inventory Management
Products import
- Create new items and update the information and prices on products in the AX system of the 2 zones Vietnam, Myanmar
- Run synch functions in the POS system of Vietnam & Myanmar
- Calculate the landed cost of the new PO and update it in the AX system for Vietnam
- Make overseas payments
- Calculate expired date products rate, old tester rate, new tester rate
- Review documents & post Movement Journals
Cash & Payments
- Validate the payment requests in AX
- Check data, summarize and monitor monthly debt
- Re-check bank accounts, bills of fees, debts, expenses (additional accounting)
- Prepare Cash Flow forecast weekly, monthly; Reconcile & control bank accounts
Tax & Customs
- Cooperate with the supply team to provide documents to the Customs to check the price for Vietnam.
- Manage tax filings and payment (including CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT)
- Share tax updates to team members
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing
- A minimum of 3-year experience as a general accountant
- Proficient use of MS Office and accounting software, AX is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, team spirit and problem-solving mindset
- Professional English level written and spoken
- Good communication skills towards finance and non-finance teams
