2. RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Handle social insurance related operations: report increases and decreases, prepare health insurance benefit claim files for employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, providing clear and timely responses.
- Draft and store employee documents such as contracts, personnel records...
- Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics.
- Support the HR team in salary reviews, promotions, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
3. REQUIREMENT- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or a similar HR role in IT outsourcing company.
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong communication skills (when dealing with labor relations) and ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
- Good at English both verbal and written skills
