Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves designing and implementing workplace strategies, managing employee performance evaluations, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the manager will handle training and development programs while ensuring efficient workforce planning and motivation.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
  • Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development
  • Expertise in employment law, HR best practices, and policy development
  • Proficiency in overseeing training and development programs and performance management systems
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role
  • Familiarity with the medical equipment or healthcare sector is a plus
