*Position range: 1300 - 2000 USD*
This position will in charge of Human Resources department and be the key driver for our strategic workforce development and recruitment. In your resume you should include achievements and numbers. Ideally, you should have:
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and partner with leaders to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Develop and execute internal training and management trainee programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Talent Management:
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, support recruitment efforts, and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on a range of HR issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Ensure a positive employee experience by addressing concerns, fostering a supportive work environment and creating workplace improvement initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and aligned with the organization's culture and values.
- Monitor and address compliance issues related to employment law, workplace safety, and diversity initiatives.
- In charge of internal event planning for employee engagement and holiday trips.
Strategic Planning:
- Work with Management Board to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with these goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to management on matters such as workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR in manufacturing industries with R&D, technical, sales BUs, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, internal development program, and talent management.
- Proficient in HR software and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
