Key responsibilities:

1.     Talent Acquisition

  • Support CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support building and maintaining a high-quality talent pool to meet future hiring needs.
  • Execute communication activities and initiatives to enhance the Company's Employer Branding.

2.     HRIS

  • Ensure the required employee-related data is updated on time, in full, and accurately.
  • Actively identify areas for improvement to ensure the system meets the operational demands, and make early requests for in-time enhancement.
  • Manage and maintain system data effectively, ensuring readiness to generate reports or data exports upon request.

3.     Administrative & Internal Communication

  • Perform administrative tasks and documentation as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Assist in executing internal communication activities to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Participate in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal gatherings as required.

Requirements:

Education: Third-year/Final-year student or Fresh Graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Mindset & Orientation:

  • Strong passion for developing a professional career in the HR field.
  • Service-oriented: Possess a customer-centric and people-oriented mindset.
  • Systematic Thinking: Ability to work logically with data and HR information systems.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut is a plus

Attributes:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment: Available for a full-time internship (8 hours/day, Mon – Fri); flexible with academic schedule (< 3 sessions/week).
