Key Responsibilities
1. Product Portfolio & Master Data Management
- Take full ownership of creating and maintaining New Product Introductions (NPI) in the system.
- Ensure all product attributes are accurate and compliant with company standards.
- Monitor and update product information proactively based on Supplier changes or internal policy shifts to ensure a Single Source of Truth.
2. Commercial Policy & System Administration
- Configure selling prices, trade promotions, and Accrual Contracts (HĐTL) into the management software.
- Ensure system configurations strictly align with commercial agreements.
- Maintain high execution accuracy, specifically keeping the error rate for Accrual Contract setup under 2%.
3. Promotion Management & Compliance
- Evaluate the feasibility of promotion schemes and provide strategic feedback to Partners to optimize business performance.
- Manage the end-to-end legal process for promotions: Registering with the Department of Industry and Trade (SCT) and ensuring all activities comply with local laws.
- Track promotion timelines and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reports and evaluations.
4. Operational Reporting & Data Analytics
- Consolidate sales data, including revenue, inventory levels, and delivery status.
- Develop and deliver periodic reports to Suppliers, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and punctuality.
5. Decision Support & Stakeholder Management
- Provide high-quality data analysis upon request from the Board of Directors (BOD), Department Heads, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all data outputs adhere to standardized templates with an accuracy rate of at least 95%.
6. Essential Medicine Price Declaration
- Closely monitor market prices and internal commercial policies.
- Lead the periodic price declaration process for essential medicines with the Department of Health (SYT), ensuring 100% compliance with pricing regulations and deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Admin, or Data Management (Experience in Pharmacy/FMCG is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry and system configuration.
Compliance Mindset: Strong understanding of legal procedures related to promotions and pharmaceutical price declarations.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights for the BOD.
