We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will focus on supporting HR data management, dashboard reporting, and PowerPoint presentation creation. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Excel and a keen eye for data accuracy, visualization, and storytelling through reports. Additionally, the intern will assist in coordinating engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and employee engagement while developing key professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
For C&B Intern:
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and validating Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data using Excel and internal HR systems.
- Perform data entry and data checking related to employee information, salary, allowances, attendance, and benefits to support payroll and HR operations.
- Organize, file, and manage C&B and HR documents (both soft copies and hard copies), ensuring proper document control, version tracking, and compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of employee C&B records and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities such as townhall meetings, wellness programs, and internal initiatives, including coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback and consolidating data to support engagement effectiveness tracking.
For TA Intern:
- Support job postings, CV sourcing, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, HR communications, and internal HR activities.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and other methods to assess engagement levels.
- Assist in various HR projects, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in any college or university.
Commitment: Fulltime
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) is essential.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
