Job Description

Main Responsibility:

  • Employer Branding

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and feedback

  • Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities

Manage offboarding procedures: exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements

Ensure smooth documentation and transition for joiners and leavers

  • HR Operations & Compliance

Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, updates...)

Maintain and update employee data and records

  • Admin & Others

Handle the Purchasing and Admin

Support in KOL relatives&apos task

Participate in engagement activities, team-building planning, surveys, etc.

Visa and Work Permit task

Other tasks assigned by the line manager

2.Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Proficient in English (ORMandarin Chinese)
  • Experience in e-commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus
  • Familiar with Vietnamese labor law and HR administrative procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Abletostartworkingimmediatelywillbeanadvantage
