Main Responsibility:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and feedback
Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities
Manage offboarding procedures: exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
Ensure smooth documentation and transition for joiners and leavers
Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, updates...)
Maintain and update employee data and records
Handle the Purchasing and Admin
Support in KOL relatives&apos task
Participate in engagement activities, team-building planning, surveys, etc.
Visa and Work Permit task
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
