HEPMIL Vietnam Company Limited (subsidiary of HEPMIL Media Group) is looking for a HR Generalist for a full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will support the full scope of HR functions, including payroll & compliance, recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal operations. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration with both local and regional teams to maintain smooth HR operations and a vibrant company culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compensation & Benefits (30%)
- Handle end-to-end payroll, social insurance, PIT and PIT finalization.
- Prepare offer letters, labor contracts, and ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment in payroll and C&B procedures.
- Update and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and internal regulations.
2. Recruitment (30%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the best talent.
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness; propose process improvements where needed.
3. Employer Branding & Engagement (20%)
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.
- Represent the company in online platforms, job fairs, and HR communities.
- Organize internal engagement activities such as bonding events, town halls, team celebrations, year-end party, team-building event, etc.
- Propose initiatives that contribute to a strong, inclusive, and connected company culture.
4. Administration & Compliance (20%)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and audit standards.
- Coordinate office administration and management tasks such as stationery, equipment, office supplies, and expense tracking.
- Work with external vendors (e.g., legal, accounting, government agencies) to support HR and office operations.
- Support ad-hoc admin tasks and reporting as required by management.
- Other admin tasks assigned by Line manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, especially in C&B and recruitment.
- Knowledge of Vietnam labor law, insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in planning engagement or internal communication activities is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
