MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

·       Process monthly timesheets, execute payroll, and prepare payslips accurately and timely.

·       Handle personal income tax (PIT) declaration, finalization, and liaise with tax authorities

·       Manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance (PIT, SHUI,health check, private insurance, etc.)

·       Prepare C&B-related reports (payroll, headcount, cost analysis, etc.)

2.    Contracts & Employee Records:

·       Prepare, review, and manage labor contracts, amendments, and related documentation

·       Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee records in compliance with labor regulations

3.    Attendance & Leave Management:

·       Monitor employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records

·       Ensure accurate data input for payroll and reporting purposes

4.    Reporting & Budgeting

·       Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, resignation, labor contract renewal, annual leave balance, etc.)

·       Generate C&B reports (monthly booking & forecast, workshare, productivity, yearly budget, etc.)

·       Submit statutory reports to government authorities

·       Support audit-related reporting requirements

5.    Expatriate Services:

·       Handle visa, work permit, and temporary residence card applications/renewals

·       Liaise with relevant authorities and external service providers to ensure compliance

·       Support expatriates with onboarding and documentation

6.    Internal Engagement & Events

·       Collaborate with HR/Admin team to organize internal events and engagement activities

REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

·       2–4 years of experience in C&B, HR Operations, or similar roles

·       Experience working in service, consulting firms, or international environments is preferred

·       Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, payroll, insurance, and tax regulations

·       Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical/analytical ability

·       Proven experience working with tax authorities and relevant government agencies

·       Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible

·       Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment

·       Strong organizational and reporting skills

·       Good communication skills in English
