Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR operations in a dynamic SME environment. The role will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
•Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, confirmation, leave, performance and offboarding.
•Coordinate monthly payroll, CPF, leave administration and other statutory matters.
•Manage work pass applications and renewals, including EP and S Pass.
•Administer employee benefits, medical/group insurance and claims.
•Support employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
•Maintain HR records, policies and documentation in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
•Support training, government grants, claims and HR-related submissions.
•Prepare HR reports and support management with manpower and HR matters.
•Drive HR process improvements and support HR projects and regional HR coordination.
Requirements
•Only for Singaporean/Singapore PR.
•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
•3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-moving startup environment.
•Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements.
•Experience in recruitment, payroll, work passes and general HR operations.
•Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Able to work independently, handle confidential matters and manage multiple priorities.
•Able to converse in mandarin to communicate with Chinese employees.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll system experience is an advantage.
