Job Description

Viettel Group, the leading telecommunications, industrial, and digital technology enterprise in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified HR business partner (HRBP) to oversee human resources operations, especially recruitment processes, and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and managing recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring plans, provide recruitment reports, and support decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Oversee onboarding and manage the company's induction program.
  • Act as an intermediary to receive and mediate HR-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and address employee inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, modify policies and processes as needed, and recommend strategies to avoid potential conflicts in the future.
  • Support internal projects, events, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR in the Technology field, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources best practices and local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions to support business objectives.
  • High integrity, honesty, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)

Other information

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
