Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in HCM office for an HRM. The HRM will be responsible for managing the daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The professional will also be involved in strategic planning, talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in strategic planning and talent management
• Knowledge of labor laws and company policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Good at English.
