HRBP Specialist/Executive (Nam Trung Bộ)

This is a full-time on-site role for an HRBP Specialist/Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The HRBP Specialist/Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Daily tasks include working closely with different departments to provide HR support, addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring effective HR practices throughout the organization.

• Experience with HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and understanding Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
