Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities: posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of contracts and orientation materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
  • Help administer employee benefits, attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
