Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and related HR procedures
  • Maintain and update HR records and personnel files
  • Support daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees and support broader training initiatives
  • Assist in setting and monitoring sales KPIs and support performance appraisal processes
  • Ensure HR policies comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Carry out other HR-related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Diploma or above (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Capable of drafting documents and communicating fluently in both English and Vietnamese
  • Familiar with local labor laws and HR operational procedures
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
