So if you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for tech industry and growth, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities- Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods- Connect with both domestic and global tech product/service/outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish long-term partnerships- Handle full lifecycle recruitment tasks for the client, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and managing the client expectations.
Requirements:- Graduated in Human Resources/Marketing/Business/IT or any relevant field- 1 - 2 year experienced in HR/ Business Development/ Stakeholder Management/BD/ AM- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have)- Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management- Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media is a plus- Experience in headhunting/recruitment service is a plus
