Job Description

Youll do

  • Compute monthly payroll, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
  • Manage the social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance including payment, procedures for settling benefits as sickness, maternity
  • Make annual PIT finalization.
  • Issue personal tax identification numbers, tax identification numbers for dependents, register for family deduction ...
  • Control the attendance of the departments, to complete monthly salary calculation data, to ensure accurate and punctual salary payment.
  • Monitor and update the legal provisions on salary and bonus policies and regimes to promptly supplement and amend.
  • Work with regulatory agencies and the state on inspection and examination.
  • Organize periodic performance evaluation and give advice on salary increase
  • Formulate, promulgate, propose amendments and supplements to internal rules and regulations related to remuneration for employees.
  • Monitor personnel changes
  • Follow up and implement procedures for job invitation, probationary evaluation, signing labor contract, salary increase, promotion, transfer, discipline, reward and dismissal.

  • Store and manage employee records in accordance with company regulations
  • Make monthly and irregular HR reports
  • Manage human resource information system
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to manage employee and organize periodic health checks
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager.

You have

  • University graduates in Human Resource Management, C&B, Business Management, Law or related fields.
  • Having knowledge & experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
  • At least 2-year experience in C&B role with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labour law, PITlaw, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
  • Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working with HR Management system
  • Good at communication & customer-oriented
  • Good at English both speaking & writing
  • Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
  • Disciplined, detail - oriented and result-oriented
  • Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines.

  • Performance review: 2 times per year.
  • Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.
