The HR Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and professionalizing HR practices across the Group, covering Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and other regional entities as the Group expands.
This role requires a strong foundation in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) as a core expertise, combined with the ability and mindset to expand across broader HR functions. The position focuses on strengthening HR governance, improving systems and processes, and ensuring cross-country alignment in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
Designed for a hands-on yet high-potential HR professional, this role offers exposure beyond day-to-day execution, with opportunities to contribute to HR frameworks, organizational development, and regional initiatives.
This position is structured as a succession pipeline role, with a development pathway toward HR Leader within 12 months, subject to performance and demonstrated capability.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) as a core foundation.
- Experience working in a multi-country or international environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of structured HR frameworks, including performance management, KPI/OKR, career pathing, competency models,...
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong system thinking, structured approach, and problem-solving capability.

What You'll Be Doing
1. HR Governance, C&B & Operations (35 - 40%)
- Take ownership of HR governance with strong focus on C&B, including payroll governance, statutory compliance, and compensation consistency across the Group.
- Manage statutory compliance matters (SHUI, PIT), ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Maintain and continuously improve the HR documentation lifecycle, ensuring proper controls, standardization, and audit readiness.
- Support HR digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor cross-country HR practices, identify governance gaps, and propose structured improvements aligned with Group standards and local regulations.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (20 - 25%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and selected mid-level roles across the Group, ensuring strong hiring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Strengthen and standardize interview frameworks, including competency-based assessment and evaluation criteria.
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for recurring and strategic hiring needs.
- Lead onboarding, design & deliver Orientation programs for new hires.
3. HR Development & Organizational Framework (20 - 25%)
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Group-level HR frameworks, including performance management, career pathing, compensation principles,...
- Draft, review, and refine HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure clarity, practicality, and scalability across jurisdictions.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose structured, data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and governance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across entities to drive alignment and ensure consistent HR practices at Group level.
4. HR Analytics, Planning & AI Enablement (10 - 15%)
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support HR budgeting, including headcount planning and cost tracking across entities.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management to support planning and governance.
